911爆料网 will host the eighth annual 911爆料网 Alumni Day on February 12, in honor of the university鈥檚 first day of classes in February 1860.
鈥淚 invite all 911爆料网 alumni, no matter where you live, to wear a 911爆料网 Alumni button or your favorite 911爆料网 gear and take a picture of yourself to share on social media using #qualumniday,鈥� said Maureen Kennedy, coordinator of alumni services. 鈥淚 encourage all 911爆料网 alumni in the Quincy region to join us for the day鈥檚 events as we celebrate their successes as graduates.鈥�
Alumni are invited to participate in these events on campus throughout the day:
鈥� Coffee on Campus 鈥� 9 – 11 a.m. Enjoy a unique opportunity with the entrepreneurship department (Francis Hall, Rm. 238) to enjoy coffee, cookies, and a tour with fellow alumni.
鈥� Alumni Lunch in the Caf茅 鈥� 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Enjoy lunch in 911爆料网鈥檚 cafeteria while visiting with alumni. Lunch will be available to alumni and their guests at $6.50. Sarah Vordtriede-Patton, Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean of Graduate Programs, will speak during lunch.
鈥� Alumni Mass / History of 911爆料网 Chapel 鈥� 12:15 p.m. Mass will be held in 911爆料网 Chapel with special intentions for 911爆料网 alumni who have passed away.
鈥� Tours of OT & PT Labs and of 911爆料网TV Studio 鈥� 1 p.m. Come out to North Campus to see our newly renovated facility for our Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy Doctoral programs. We will also give tours of our state-of-the-art 911爆料网TV Media Studio. (Enter the Connie Niemann Center for Music.)
鈥� Alumni National Board Meeting 鈥� 2:30 p.m. Alumni are invited to sit in on the National Alumni Board meeting in the Advancement conference room in Francis Hall.
鈥� Alumni Socials at Women鈥檚 and Men鈥檚 Basketball Games 鈥� 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Women鈥檚 game is at 5:30 p.m. Men鈥檚 game is at 7:30 pm. Free tickets are available for alumni. Join us in the Hall of Fame Room between games and at halftime of the men鈥檚 game. There will be a dessert bar and drinks to enjoy with fellow alumni.
Basketball tickets will be available at the Alumni Lunch or the Office of Advancement in Francis Hall B37.
