911爆料网鈥橲 Gray Gallery to Host Debbie K. Scoggin-Myers Rural Restrospective Art Exhibition

911爆料网鈥檚 Gray Gallery, located in Brenner Library, is hosting the Debra K. Scoggin-Myers: Rural Retrospective Art Exhibition.

The exhibit features Scoggin-Myers artwork in pastels, mixed media, watercolor and acrylic paints. Her work earned Best of Show at the 30th Anniversary Mary S. Oakley & Lee Lindsay Area Artist Showcase in Quincy.

鈥淭his body of artwork was produced over the past few years and reflects my rural roots and love of the beautiful Missouri countryside,鈥 said Scoggin-Myers. 鈥淔or me, painting should have soul, emotion, energy, uniqueness, something to say in a positive, humorous or thought-provoking way.鈥

The Debra K. Scoggin-Myers: Rural Retrospective Art Exhibition runs through March 21 and is free and open to the public.
